One-stop service: From design, confirmation, production, transportation, to after-sales, as to enable you to see us
In-mold lamination is an advanced decorative technology. After the printed labels are placed in the mold during the injection molding process of plastic products (such as bottles, boxes, and barrels), they are fused with the back of the PP labels under high temperature and high pressure. After cooling, the labels become an inseparable part of the product’s surface, achieving true “one-piece molding”.

Key advantages include: 1) Exceptional durability (waterproof, oil-resistant, scratch-resistant); 2) Premium visual and tactile effects (achieving gloss, matte, metallic, textured finishes); 3) Higher production efficiency (labeling and molding in one step); 4) Better environmental profile (often single-material, adhesive-free, easier to recycle); 5) Enhanced anti-counterfeiting (difficult to remove).

For intaglio printing labels, the minimum order quantity is 1500 square units. For small orders, please contact us for further details.

The standard delivery time is affected by the order volume, design complexity and current production schedule. Generally, after receiving the final confirmation document and the advance payment, it takes 15 days for plate making, material procurement, production and quality inspection. For urgent orders, we can negotiate for expedited processing.

Yes. We use substrates (e.g., food-grade BOPP, PP) and inks compliant with international food contact regulations such as FDA and EU standards. We can provide relevant Statements of Compliance or test reports upon request.
